NOTE: Candidates must be registered and paid-up Student Registration fee of the Institute before undertaking the examinations.

Results and certificates are issued approximately four weeks from receipt of candidates’ answer scripts. Full details of exam dates are sent to CICRM Approved Centres.

 

Eligibility:

  1. High School leavers wishing to embark on a successful career in Customer Services, Customer Care, Call Center, Relationship Management etc.
  2. Students/Personnel who wish to obtain a recognized qualification in Customer Services.
  3. Individual wishing to pursue higher levels of learning in Customer Services field.
  4. Undergraduates Bachelors Degree holders in other disciplines wishing to start a successful career in Customer Relationship Management.

Entry Requirements:

WAEC, NECO, GCE, A Level, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, HNC, HND, B.Sc, PGD, MBA, M.Sc and other professional qualifications.

Course Duration:

Twenty four months of study at a training institutions approved by the Institute (six months for each level) any interested tuition centre could apply to the institute for approval and accreditation as teaching and examination centre.

Additional fees:

a. Late Examination Fee                                              N1,000 per subject

b. Exam transfer fee (including medical Report)          N5,000 per session Exemption fee

c. Certificate Replacement fee                                     N10,000

CICRM reserves the right to make alterations to fees at its discretion.

Examination Dates:

Examinations are set and moderated by the Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management. Examination procedures are rigorously endorsed and are invigilated by personnel approved by the institute.

Examinations are held twice in a year: June and December.

Registration deadline is four weeks prior to the commencement of the examinations.

Certification:

Students having completed a level will be issued with a statement of result recognizing their achievement and Member certificate will be issued on successful completion final level.

Examination Closing Dates:

Candidates entering for examinations must ensure that their completed examination entry forms and fees reach the Institute at least four weeks before the date of the examinations. Examination time tables indicate the closing date for receipt of entries for each sitting.
